The College will respond promptly, respectfully, and in compliance with federal and state regulations to update a Student’s record when notified of a Student’s death. College Employees who become aware of a Student’s death must contact the Executive Director of Student Services immediately. The Executive Director of Student Services, or designee, will coordinate all actions related to the Deceased Student.
