A student will have their active status deactivated in the student information system under any of the following circumstances:
No Enrollment for 365 Consecutive Days
- Students who have not been enrolled in a course for a continuous period of 365 calendar days will be automatically deactivated.
No Response to Declared Program Waiting List Outreach Within 21 Days
- Students who receive program waiting list communication asking them to confirm continued interest in remaining active in the student information system for the purpose of program waiting lists must respond within 21 calendar days every waiting list cycle. Failure to respond within this timeframe will result in deactivation from active status in the student information system.
Opt-Out via Declared Program Waiting List Outreach Within 21 Days
- Students who respond to the program waiting list communication and indicate that they do not want to remain on the program waiting list will be deactivated in the student information system upon receipt of their response.
High School Graduation for Dual Credit Students
- Students who are enrolled in dual credit programs will remain active until their high school graduation date.
