Accordingly, the College uses video surveillance to monitor activities in public areas to deter crime, ensure the security and safety of individuals and property that are part of the College Community, and for any other lawful purpose.
Cameras will be installed, used, and monitored professionally, ethically, and legally, consistent with all existing college policies, procedures, and applicable local, state, and federal laws. Camera use will be limited to situations that do not violate the reasonable expectation of privacy as defined by law.
