Students, Employees, and Guests who use college computers and related resources and access the College’s IT networks have a responsibility not to abuse those resources and to respect the rights of others. The President/District Director shall establish college procedures that provide guidelines to Students, Employees, and Guests for the appropriate use of information technologies. The College procedures shall include complying with software copyrights and licenses, protecting the integrity of computer-based information resources, refraining from seeking unauthorized access, and respecting the rights of other computer users.
