College students are deactivated from College systems, and their access to all College accounts is removed after 365 days of no activity with the College. Activity with the College is defined as:
Enrollment in a course.
Engagement on a program waitlist.
Enrollment in a dual credit program, in which case the student remains active until their high school graduation date.
